We love our furry residents, but we do have a few guidelines in place to ensure a happy, comfortable space for all. Here’s what you need to know if you’re bringing a furry friend:

• Pet Limit: 2 pets per apartment
• Age Requirement: Pets must be at least 6 months old
• Breed Restrictions: For everyone’s benefit, the following breeds (and any mixes of these) are not allowed: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog.
• Fees & Rent:
• $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet
• $25/month pet rent per pet
• Pet Screening: We’re introducing a pet screening process to help us get to know your pet better. Reach out to our leasing team so they can guide you through the simple steps.
